The Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum's new exhibitions are now open:  “What a Hoot! A Mike Peters Retrospective,” “Windows on Death Row,” and “Treasures from the Collections of the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum” will be on view Tuesday-Sunday, 1:00-5:00 pm, through March 12, 2017.
